Using Fairkin

By using Fairkin you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it — no hard feelings.

Your content

The URLs you submit and the videos we generate belong to you. We're granted a limited license to store, process, and display them in order to provide the service. You keep all rights; we claim none.

What you can't do

• Generate ads for illegal content, harassment, or scams.
• Crawl URLs you don't have permission to crawl (respect robots.txt).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Impersonate other brands or produce deceptive advertising.

Payments

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancel any time from Account → Billing. Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked; prorated refunds beyond that.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. Scheduled maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance on status.fairkin.com.

Liability

Fairkin is provided "as is". We're not liable for content generated by the tool. You're responsible for reviewing your ads before publishing them anywhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and displayed on this page. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance.
