Privacy Policy

The short version

Fairkin turns your URL into a video. To do that we crawl the URL, save temporary screenshots and audio, render the video, and hand it back to you. We keep the generated ad on file until you delete it. We delete the raw crawl artifacts (screenshots, page-scroll recordings, TTS audio) within 24 hours of ad generation.

What we collect

• Your account — email address, hashed password, plan tier.
• Your ad jobs — the URL you submitted, style preset, voice choice.
• Generated outputs — the final MP4 files, until you delete them.
• Basic analytics — page views, feature usage (no third-party trackers).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your URL, songs or generated videos with third parties, except the services listed under Third parties below.
• We don't run ads on our own site.
• We don't retain the raw crawl videos past 24 hours.

Third parties

Stripe processes payments. Postmark sends transactional email. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores uploaded songs and generated videos. For the music video generator, song lyrics and scene descriptions are sent to Pollinations.ai to produce translations and images. Audio, video rendering and lyric timing run on our own machines.

YouTube and Google data

If you choose to connect a YouTube channel, Fairkin uses Google's YouTube API Services to upload the videos you generate to that channel, together with their title, description, tags, thumbnail and captions. We only do this when you ask us to upload a video.

• What we access — permission to upload videos, set thumbnails and add captions on the channel you connect. We do not read your other videos, comments, subscribers or analytics.
• What we store — an access token for your channel, kept encrypted, and the IDs and links of the videos we uploaded for you.
• Sharing — we never sell or share Google user data, and do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
• Disconnecting — you can disconnect at any time from the dashboard, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We then delete the stored token.

By uploading through Fairkin you also agree to theYouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of the data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Fairkin's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
